Norway – Legal services – Framework agreement for legal services for Helse Sør-Øst with underlying companies, case no. 2024/19306

The contracting authority has a continual need for legal assistance in connection with the organisation ́s activities. Even if large parts of this need are met internally, it will from time to time be necessary to acquire external expertise. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that always ensures the Contracting Authority quick and flexible access to external legal assistance when needed. Although the Contracting Authority uses its own internal legal resources to a large degree, situations arise where the capacity is insufficient, or where there is a need for specialised competence that does not exist internally. Service types that are included: Legal advice, both for individual questions and major reviews Quality assurance Assistance in complaints and disputes, including negotiations and procedure Courses, seminars, conferences etc.
