Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development, department for procurement services (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for temporary staff services: Nursing, caring and health personnel. The objective of the procurement is to ensure access to qualified personnel for absences, holidays and extraordinary situations where it is necessary to enter with more resources than the municipality itself can at the relevant time. The cooperative purchasing agreement shall cover the need for nurses, health workers and other health personnel.
