Belgium – Administration services – Assistance to the Secretariat of the Audit Board of the Administrative Commission for the coordination of social security systems

The European Commission holds the secretariat of the Audit Board of the Administrative Commission for the coordination of social security systems. The Administrative Commission is responsible for questions of interpretation arising from the provisions of regulations on social security coordination, and for promoting and developing collaboration between EU countries. The Audit Board is attached to the Administrative Commission and monitors the reimbursements of healthcare costs between Member States and reports to the Administrative Commission. The purpose of the Contract is to ensure the services of a technical expertise to the Secretariat of the Audit Board in order to enable the Audit Board to carry out its task as set out in Article 74 of Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 and in Articles 62 to 69 and 86 of Regulation (EC) No 987/2009.
