Norway – Personal computers – PCs for employees RFI

Tromsø municipality needs to enter into a new contract for computer equipment for its employees. Computer equipment means PCs and accompanying equipment for daily use. The municipality currently has framework agreements for the procurement of computer equipment. The municipality would like to explore alternative solutions for the coming contract period, including models such as "PCs as a service". See the annex for further information.
