Norway – Management-related services – Consultancy services for the development of management.

Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) shall, on behalf of politi- og lensmannsetaten and Politiets sikkerhetstjeneste, enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for the development of management. Need under the framework agreement includes i.a. development of future top managers, individual coaching, management development and training, management group development, management role in digital transformation, mentoring, management development activities that shall contribute to the follow-up of the DFØ report 2024:2 Culture and management in the police and other activities.
