Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Framework agreement for the procurement of software and licence management (1)

The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with a dedicated supplier who shall cover the Norwegian Customs ́s need for software licences connected to office support, operation and development in the coming years. The framework agreement shall also contribute to ensuring that the agency is properly and optimizedly licensed, as well as ensure consultancy services as needed within licence audits, licence consultancy services and introduction and use of software. The contract shall ensure that the Norwegian Customs always has access to procure the necessary software licences and the accompanying services to cover current and future needs at competitive and cost efficient prices.
