Ireland – E-learning services – Development of E-Learning Module for Stop Smoking Advisor Training

The aim of this project is to create an easily accessible, evidence-based e-learning module to provide the knowledge and skills for new and experienced stop smoking advisors to deliver a stop smoking service. The focus of the training will be on key skills and competencies of behavioural support. The content will be available in English. The primary target audience of the training will be HSE staff, contracted providers, voluntary hospital staff and third party community based facilitators who will provide stop smoking care to clients and patients.
