Norway – Medical equipments – Cataract surgery for St. Olavs Hospital - Invitation to market dialogue - case number no. 2025/39017

Sykehusinnkjøp HF shall, on behalf of Helse Midt-Norway RHF, implement a new framework agreement on equipment and consumables for Cataract surgery at St. Olavs Hospital. We would, thus, like to map what systems are available in the market and invite relevant tenderers to a digital dialogue meeting via Teams.The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement where the chosen tenderer is the owner of the faco machines and the clinic pays the price per operation including all consumables. This type of framework agreement is currently used at St. Olavs Hospital HF, i.a. on LAB equipment, where consumables will cover a considerable part of the cost. The price shall include faco machines (which are the tenderer ́s property), supplier specific checks, equipment specific consumables, technical service, defined response time for problems, support, installation and training in the system. This is in accordance with for all requirements that will be given in the requirement specification. Tenderers invoice the clinic each month after the registration of the number of operations.
