Digi Møre og Romsdal invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for e-locks and the accompanying administration system. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of e-locks, and an SSA-L contract for the delivery of e-lock ́s software. The contract will be valid for 3 years, with an option for 1+1+1 year, total 6 years. In the prior information notice, tenderers are asked to look at the attached Feedback Form in particular, as well as review all the attached documents and give feedback to the contracting authority on all uncertainties. Provide input on any changes that ought to be made before the competition is published. Deadline: Written feedback to the contracting authority is given via Mercell by 03.09.2025 at the latest.
