Montenegro – Project-management services other than for construction work – Preparation for Sectoral Operational Programme 2024-2027 Employment and Social Inclusion

Technical Assistance to ensure the maturity of activities foreseen to be implemented under the Sector Operational Program Employment and Social Inclusion (SOP ESI) in Montenegro 2024-2027 including through regulatory and procedural preparatory measures. Furthermore, provide support to policy, institutional and stakeholder coordination within the ESP sector and policies such as de-institutionalization, social entrepreneurship and the Youth Guarantee implementation and enhance capacities of relevant Employment and Social Policy stakeholders in charge of the policy implementation, including social partners and civil society organisations.
