The market dialogue is hereby invited to a market dialogue for a planned procurement of the above mentioned services.   Helse Sør-Øst RHF and the underlying health companies need strategic consultancy as well as access to analyses, research and independent research within the ICT area. This applies, among other things, to the procurement, development, production and delivery of ICT services, as well as organisation and streamlining of the business.
