Norway – Education and training services – Framework agreement for the hire of track installations for driving training.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with qualified tenderers who, upon request from the contracting authority, can offer the hire of track installations for driving training. The contracts shall include: Hire of runways certified for motorsport and suitable for practical driving training. Accompanying services, including: Hire of track vehicles suitable for training purposes. Access to safety equipment for participants Toilet facilities and other necessary hygiene systems. Parking places for vehicles and support personnel. The procurement shall ensure flexibility and availability for carrying out driving training, and contribute to the contracting authority being able to ensure safety, quality and efficiency requirements.
