Norway – Software supply services – Procurement of API and PNR Gateway Service

The customer is seeking a service provider capable of receiving Advance Passenger Information (API) and Passenger Name Record (PNR) data on behalf of the Norwegian authorities, and securely making this data available for the Norwegian Police IT Unit. Norwegian authorities are obligated to receive advance passenger information in electronic form, pursuant to the Border Control Act §§ 16 and 16a.
