The subject of this tender is the provision of event management services comprising of the provision of the following services for the Santa Maria Agrarian Fair from 10th August 2025 till 17th August 2025. The services provided shall include: • Lot 1 - Setting-up and Dismantling of Marquee Tents, Coverings, Extractor Fans, Truss with Canvas Covering and Tiered Seating • Lot 2 - Setting-up and Dismantling of Bar Counters, Temporary Fridge Displays, Heavy-Duty Crowd Control Barriers, Panelling and Shelving
