Norway – Archive services – Case handling and document handling system

The contracting authority would like a off-the-shelf system that shall be installed in three different security classes in accordance with HSE 8401. The National Security Act § 5-31, respectively, Unclassified platform (U), Limited Platform (B) and Confidential Platform (K). The Contracting Authority requests a complete cloud system for the Restricted and Confidential installations on the Contracting Authority ́s platform for an unclassified platform. The contracting authority considers it appropriate for NND that the same software constitutes the document handling system on all three platforms. This is due to operation, maintenance and user training. The procurement includes the following elements: 1. Software for digital document production, case processing and management. 2. Operation and management services a. A complete cloud system for unclassid documentation b. Consultancy services for software management and consultancy related to operation on the Contracting Authority ́s platform. 3. Implementation project including training and importing historical bases. 4. Consultancy services for the further development of configuration, integrations, automation etc. A more detailed description of the scope of the procurement is in the Contract's Annex 1.
