Invitation to market dialogue: The Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s project ' Kjøllefjord Fishing Port'. Date 27.08.2025, 12.00 Kystverket invites tenderers to a dialogue with the market in connection with the project Innseiling Kjøllefjord, which shall be re-announced in 2025.The objective of the dialogue The Coastal Service wants an open and constructive dialogue with the supplier market before the announcement of the project "Innseiling Kjøllefjord fishing port". The aims of the dialogue are: To gain insight into why the tenders in the previous competition were over the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s budget. Learn more about which price drivers and cost factors affect the project. To get input for the optimisation of the project, both technically and commercially. To ensure the best possible quality assured notice in 2025 that ensures the execution of the project as soon as possible. What do we want dialogue about? We want input on, among other things: What made the price offers in the previous round higher than our cost estimate. Which technical or implementational factors drive up prices. How we can facilitate effective and competitive implementation better. Proposal for improvements in the description, contract terms or procurement strategy. Requests and needs that tenderers have in order to deliver high quality tenders.
