Norway – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations – Framework agreement for building automation services.

The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for building automation services in Boligbygg ́s portfolio. The purpose is to ensure that Boligbygg complies with the Planning and Building Act, so that requirements for proper health, safety and the environment, including energy economy, given in or pursuant to the law, are fulfilled (§ 29-6. Technical installations and installations). Furthermore, the framework agreement shall cover Boligbygg ́s need for supplies and services connected to building automation and associated systems. The framework agreement is divided into two parts in a given number of properties in the contract period: 1. 'Service agreement' - annual routine service 2. 'Bill works' - carry out troubleshooting, improvements, replacements and repairs etc. to orders.
