Norway – Hotel accommodation services – Temporary resettlement residences/ flat hotel

Boligbygg intends to have as many people as possible living in their own flat during maintenance and renovation work. There are various reasons why this cannot always be implemented and there is a need for temporary resettlement of residents. It is not relevant to use this framework agreement for residents with compound challenges or drug and alcohol problems. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with 1-4 tenderers. The framework agreement has an estimated total value of NOK 16 million excluding VAT per annum.
