Cyprus – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Purchase of ‘Connectivity and Management of the CY SMART CITY PLATFORM, integration of existing solutions from individual Municipalities and development of three vertical solutions and applications’

The general scope of the project is the procurement, installation, maintenance, and operation of a CY Smart City platform that will be able to connect devices, people, processes and applications in a broad and open approach. The platform shall be developed, installed, supported and operated by the Contractor. Under the scope of the project the Contractor must provide a robust and country wide IoT network that will cover all municipalities and communities as well as public sector agencies and NGOs. The contractor must also provide a set of pilot solutions for demonstration purposes to prove and present the readiness of the proposed platform. It is a twelve (12) years contract during which the contractor will operate the platform offering Smart IoT services to the citizens through the municipalities and communities.
