The Scope of Works encompasses fire compliance works comprising upgrading to the top of the entrance hallway walls, firestopping of the service penetrations across the entrance hallway walls and above the apartment front doors and fire stopping of vertical penetrations through the compartment floor and upgrading elements related to the fire rated doors and upgrades to the landlord detection.
