Norway – Laser printers – Government joint agreement for the procurement and hire of multi-function machines, printers and scanners with the accompanying services and systems.

The aim of the procurement is to cover the governmental need for multi-function machines printers and scanners with the accompanying services and systems, including a service and maintenance agreement, a secure print system, administration tool and toners. The joint agreement shall ensure that the government has a simple and uniform system for print, scan and copy with a modern and environmentally friendly machinery. A high degree of user friendliness and accessibility is expected in order for users of the contract to be able to carry out their work assignments in a cost efficient manner.
