Norway – Consultative engineering and construction services – Framework agreements - R01782 - Consultant engineer for fire (RIBr)

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit tenders for the following assignment: Framework agreement for consultant engineers fire in the following geographical area:1. Area North2. Area West3. Eastern areaThere will be a framework agreement with one tenderer per sub-area with the following call-off mechanism: Direct procurement Tenderers can submit tenders for one or several sub-areas. The procurement shall contribute to cover the contracting authority ́s need for consulting engineer fire. The service shall be delivered to existing buildings where individual resources within the same discipline are required. There will be both graded and unclassized projects. The service typically includes assignments in connection with alterations, mapping and maintenance of technical installations within the discipline fire in existing buildings and installations. This will be general fire engineering advice, engineering design services and preparation of calculations, specifications, descriptions, fire concepts and drawings using the building regulations, with the accompanying guidelines and Norwegian standards as well as internal requirements that are always in force.
