Boligbygg Oslo KF has approx. 130 lifts and lifting devices connected to its property portfolio. In order to ensure a stable and safe operation of them, there is a need for regular replacements and improvements, and Boligbygg needs professional and technical assistance. The aim of the procurement is to connect with two tenderers with lift competence for the delivery of consultancy assignments and consultancy services within engineering design, construction management and condition assessments, in addition to consultancy and follow-up in connection with other nearby assignments and services. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with two (2) tenderers.
