ESB wishes to submit a licence application for abstractions and their associated impoundments (as defined by the Water Abstractions Act) to the EPA for each of the four schemes across three Lots listed below:. • Lot 1 Liffey and Turlough Hill • Lot 2 Lee • Lot 3 Erne As part of the licence application preparations; the successful tenderer(s) will be required to undertake and prepare associated environmental assessments to accompany these application including, but not limited to, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Appropriate Assessment (AA) and Water Status Impact Assessment. Other assessments required by the Water Abstractions Act. and EPA’s suite of guidance on Water Abstractions and Associated Impoundments.
