Ireland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – The upgrade of the existing NMS from 2.4 to version 2.6

It is proposed to upgrade the existing NMS from 2.4 to 2.6 to ensure full OEM support, ensure maximum cybersecurity protection and ensure integration with other critical applications. Prior information notice OJ S 100/2025 26/05/2025 has been issued for the full EU public procurement of an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) or equivalent solution, which procurement will commence in 2027 so as to be completed and a contract awarded by 2028.In the meantime this upgrade to version 6.1 is required so as to keep the current system in support.
