Is straitéis tithíochta inacmhainne é "Plean Tithíochta an Údaráis" atá dírithe go sonrach ar phobail inbhuanaithe a thacú i gceantair Ghaeltachta, ag cur úsáid na Gaeilge chun cinn agus ag tabhairt aghaidh ar riachtanais tithíochta agus pobail áitiúla.
