The contracting authority shall procure a new professional system for educational-psychological services in Sarpsborg municipality and Fredrikstad. The aim is to procure a trade system that makes up a complete case and journal system, with adapted functions to obtain statistics. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the professional system is always in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations so that PPT safeguards its always statutory obligations. The offered professional system must fulfil the requirements for universal design of web pages.
