Norway – Procurement consultancy services – Framework agreement for procurement assistance

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can cover the contracting authority ́s need for procurement assistance. Since the summer of 2023 Sauda municipality has not had its own persons for the procurement, nor is it planned to add a person who has this competence. The main aim of the procurement is that employees in Sauda municipality shall minimise their own resources and time on procurements and be able to leave the procurement process to the supplier.
