The CRU is now seeking tenderers for the provision of a secured cloud-based hosted HR management solution comprising of various modules/functional requirements, including migration from our existing time management system and several other stored data files to the new HRMS, implementation and customisation of the new solution, training and ongoing support. In the longer term, the solution may also replace existing expenses management (Concur) and payroll (Quantum) systems which are operated by the Finance team. This project is to modernise and digitise the human resources capabilities within CRU. We are seeking a solution to improve efficiency, transparency and the employee experience across various HR and Finance functions
