Ireland – Training services – RFT for the delivery of the Strategic Talent Development Programme

The purpose of this RFT is to appoint one or more training providers with knowledge and experience in Strategic Talent Development Planning, training, mentoring and implementation in multinational and/or large domestic organisations with particular focus on the Irish site who will: a. Deliver the programme/modules and the 1:1 mentoring sessions to a number of companies and support those businesses in building a strategic talent development plan. b. Provide further design and development inputs to the programme as it evolves. The successful tenderer(s) will assist Skillnet Ireland in the training delivery and mentoring of said programmes.
