Ukraine – Event services – Event Management Services for EUAM Ukraine

This framework contract foresees the provision of services of organisation of events, including (but not limited to) provision of conference facilities, equipment, catering, event management and support services. The contract’s overarching aim is to centralise the organisation of multiple EUAM internal and project-related events to be conducted in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and other regions of Ukraine which are under the control of the government of Ukraine, where the security risks are at an acceptable level and where the conditions meet the Contracting Authority’s needs. Those events will be of various subjects and with various target audiences - they will be attended by EUAM staff members, and/or by the governmental officials, diplomats, experts and representatives of other international and local organisations.
