Veikkaus aims to boost its design capabilities by having access to a proven, professional-grade, customer journey management tool that enables Veikkaus teams to map and manage customer journeys and make customer-focused decisions. The tool must be specifically made for customer journey management. The tool is required to be offered as a fully productized web SaaS product with out-of-box deployment. In other words, no product integrations are to be needed apart from connecting to Veikkaus SSO (Single Sign-on).
