The aim of the assignment is to contribute to a successful start to the project and build competence and capabilities in Statsbygg for further progress in the project. It is a decisive success criterion for Statsbygg to put in place archival consultancy that can provide the following: Assistance and support for the management of the project. Guidance, advice and active participation in the work of preparing a detailed plan for the execution of the entire project with archive deliveries and estimation of costs. It is anticipated that the project as a whole will take approx. 8-10 years. Participation in the work of preparing processes, procedures and guidelines for the execution of the archive deliveries in the project. Professional advice for the execution of prioritised archive deliveries in the first year of the project. Including professional follow-up and guidance for employees who shall be responsible for the practical implementation of media conversion and registration in Asta.Assist in the work of discarding and limiting archives physical and digital documentation, for the purpose of reducing the need for physical and digital storage of archive material. The work will involve dialogue with suppliers. Consultancy and assistance with the work of migration of trade systems, historical Noark base and other digital documentation to the Asta system. The work involves coordination with suppliers, including the Asta Foundation.
