Ireland – Environmental engineering consultancy services – Galway City Council - Multi-party framework agreement for Environmental Consultancy

Galway City and Galway County Council wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for Environmental Consultancy and associated disciplines for contract services for the provision of Environmental Assessment Service in relation to Land Use Plans. Galway City and Galway County Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established with 5 economic operators. Thereafter contracts will be awarded in accordance with the rules contained herein. A framework agreement constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and conditions in accordance with which, for a specified duration, individual contracts may or may not be awarded.
