Ireland – Repair and maintenance of plant – TR4196 ESB Poolbeg Heat Recovery Steam Generator Stack (HRSG) Works.

Option 1- a complete turnkey contract to replace two (2) in number HRSG Stacks including but not limited to: • Safe removal of the existing stacks to grade, inclusive of any works to facilitate this. • Full design of the proposed replacement stacks. • Site installation work to install the new stack • Installation and commissioning of a new mechanical rain damper within each stack The Contractor should provide a complete turnkey solution to the above; OR Option 2- alternatively at its discretion, the Contracting entity may choose to separately procure a contract to remove the outer cladding and insulation from two (2) in number HRSG Stacks and then to apply a preservation paint coating to the exposed metal surface of both HRSG stacks, (extending from building roof level 26.4m above ground to top of stack level 75.0m).
