Norway – Administration services – Framework agreement for consultancy services, planning and building applications.

The Contracting Authority will enter into framework agreement(s) for consultancy services planning and building application processing. The framework agreement(s) includes: * Case handling of zoning plans and overall plans. * building application processing from reception control to completed case. The discipline is planning and building application processing in accordance with the Planning and Building Act with the accompanying regulations.
