Tender Description
The Contracting Authority require a service provider for all of its ICT support needs including, but not limited to: - Service Management of ICT services, including access to a Service Desk; - Desktop support; - Network Support; - Management and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure; - Provision of onsite technical support between 09:00 and 18:00 (Irish Standard Time) Monday to Friday (Irish business days) with one hour (unpaid) lunch break i.e. 8 hour working day; - Managing / sourcing / advising on subscriptions to all cloud-based services and hardware for the Contracting Authority; - Provision of professional services for the Contracting Authority and; - Provision of professional services for Contracting Authority onsite clients (by mutual agreement).
