Belgium – Legal advisory services – External service desk to provide support in complying with the AI Act

The purpose of the AI Act service desk is to support companies and public authorities in complying with the AI Act when they develop or use AI. For this purpose an interactive platform with information & support materials should be created by the Commission. This platform should include and an interactive human advice function, carried out by an external team but steered by a legal team in the AI Office. The present tender aims to procure the services of the external team to provide human advice in response to requests submitted to the platform.
