Ireland – Real estate services – Cockleshell Road to The Spa Greenway Scheme - Land and Property Valuation Services

The scope of services required by Kerry County Council consists of all necessary land and property valuation services to ensure the purposeful delivery of Phases 4 and 5 of the Transport Infrastructure Ireland’s 2023 Project Management Guidelines in relation to the Cockleshell Road to The Spa Greenway. The land and property valuation service provider will be required to provide all land and property valuation services necessary for the acquisition of the lands required for the Cockleshell Road to The Spa Greenway Scheme as described in the Service Requirements and as required during Phases 4 and 5 of the 2023 TII Project Management Guidelines to secure the lands necessary for the scheme by CPO or by Agreement, whichever is deemed appropriate following the land and property valuation service providers assessment. These services include, but are not limited to, advice on land acquisition methodology, assessment of claims submitted, negotiation and settlement of claims, preparation of Agreements, CPO/land mapping preparation assistance and attendance at Oral Hearing.
