Belgium – Environmental services – Support Services on EU Deforestation Regulation, EU Timber Regulation and FLEGT Regulation

The objective of this service contract is to provide support to the European Commission in the implementation of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), the Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade (FLEGT) Regulation and the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR) until its repeal. This will be achieved by helping the Commission in developing and updating EUDR implementing tools, (e.g. FAQs, Guidance etc), by monitoring relevant developments in EUDR implementation and trends, by providing support to the Commission in assisting Member States in implementing and reporting on the EUDR and by stepping up the Commission’s outreach and communication efforts vis a vis EUDR relevant stakeholders.
