Ukraine – Security, fire-fighting, police and defence equipment – Framework Contract for Supply of border control and forensic equipment for EUAM Ukraine

The European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Ukraine, within the framework of its mandate to support the reform of the civilian security sector in Ukraine, is launching a consolidated procurement procedure aimed at strengthening the operational capacities of key Ukrainian institutions. This procurement stems from coordinated needs assessments conducted by EUAM Field Offices in Odesa and Lviv, as well as the IBM and LEAC Units, and the International Crimes Component. The identified beneficiaries include the National Police of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In line with EU best practices, this tender consolidates the supply of various goods required by these institutions into a single procurement procedure. This approach ensures a streamlined process, reduces administrative burden, and enables a more predictable and efficient supply chain, thereby enhancing the overall support to Ukraine’s civilian security sector reform.
