Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Procurement of an HR system

Ruter AS and TET Digital AS shall procure a new HR system. There is a need for a new HR system that shall contribute to the contracting authority reaching set strategic targets. The procurement shall collect master data, support HR processes and provide insight through good (to a large degree) automated processes that make everyday life easier and more user friendly for employees, managers and HR employees. We would like the procurement to a greater degree integrate parts of different processes into one joint system. Further information on the procurement is in the tender documentation.
