Norway – Construction work – National road 9 Geiskelid-Badstogdalen

The contract is for the construction of approx. 3.5 km with a new National Road 9 on the stretch between Geiskelid and Badstogdalen in Bykle municipality. The new road route is mainly located on or close to the current route. The old national road route shall be converted to a foot path from Ørnefjellvegen and further north. South of Ørnefjellvegen shall be established extended shoulder on the national road. Several exits shall be moved/constructed. and some minor access roads shall be established in this connection. Two bus lay-bys on the stretch. A culvert shall also be built for Bykle municipality for crossing the ski slope under national road 9 and alterations shall be carried out for municipal water and sewage installations.
