Norway – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Laboratory freezers for the health companies in Helse Sør-Øst and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health - New notice.

This is a new notice after the previous contest was cancelled. The objective of the procurement is to cover the need for ultra freezers (-80 °C and -150 °C), -40 °C freezers and freezers of -20 °C. Approx. 500 different freezers/boxes are estimated for four years for the entire Health South-East and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health. This is a rough estimate, as it is difficult to estimate exactly how many freezers the need is required during the agreement period. Ordering freezers varies a lot from year to year, as the age of the existing freezers at the Health Trusts and the Institute of Public Health spans from brand new to over 10 years old. The stated scope is only meant as information to the tenderer and is not binding for a future contract volume. The number of freezers stated in the Price Form will only be used for evaluation. The maximum extent of the procurement is set to 600 freezes in four years.
