Ireland – Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations – The Provision of Electrical Maintenance Services at Cork College of Further Education - Bishopstown Campus (Cork ETB)

The Contracting Authority invites a suitably qualified Contractor to deliver Electrical Maintenance services to Cork College of FET - Bishopstown Campus, over its 3 sites namely Rossa Avenue, Cork 12000m², Westside Hospitality Centre Model Farm Road Cork 1750m² and Life Sciences Centre, Unit 1 Carrigaline Industrial Park, Crosshaven Road, Carrigaline. 1456m². It is anticipated that the contract will start in 01st August 2025 and run for an initial period of 2 years, with options to extend for a further two 1-year periods. The Electrical Maintenance contract is required to provide building services maintenance and minor installations to all three sites. The Contractor shall be responsible for the supply of all electrical services equipment, materials, labour, operational performance and the provision of a quality, efficient and effective maintenance service.
