Finland – Research and development consultancy services – Framework procurement, Pool of Experts 2, Digital Investment Facility

The framework arrangement concerns the procurement of DIF's development services for the design of data centers in regions south of the Sahara. The purpose of DIF is to promote data center projects in sub-Saharan countries, so that they become financeable for institutional investors. DIF is part of the Team Europe Data Governance in Africa project. More about the project at: https://haus.fi/en/team-europe-initiatives/ Purchases based on the framework arrangement can be made from the establishment of the framework arrangement until the end of its duration. The framework arrangement is valid for one (1) year from its establishment (actual contract period), after which the Procuring Authority can extend its validity for a limited period with option period of the end of 2026. The Procuring Authority informs about using the first option period no later than three (1) month before the end of the actual contract period.
