Works include upgrade of existing roof coverings, replacement of roof lights, removal of redundant plant and equipment, minimizing of services penetrations, re-placement of all existing drainage outlets and replacement with new outlets, internal RWPs, hoppers, and downpipes. The works also include the replacement and refurbishment of numerous existing conservation type windows and the installation of new Solar PV roof mounted solution.
