A core pillar of the SEC’s Statement of Strategy 2023 - 2027 is efficiency and digital transformation. In pursuit of the goal of seeking further opportunities for improved service delivery to meet current and future challenges, the SEC identified the development of an end to end online recruitment system as critical to the achievement of this goal.
