Norway – Conversion services of ships – Prequalification for environmental clearance and technical preparation of previous coast guard vessels for target vessels.

FMA requires environmental mapping, environmental clearance and technical clarification of former Norwegian Coast Guard vessels from the Norwegian Armed Forces as target vessels. The prequalification shall map and qualify interested tenderers for submitting tenders for environmental mapping and environmental clearance and implementation of the necessary changes on one (1) vessel with an option for one (1) additional vessel. Necessary alterations means, in this connection, for example, cutting down propeller axles and brackets, re-welding sleeves and seawater intake etc.
