Summary of Scope of Works - This project involves: The provision of External Insulation, Air Tightness Works, Roofing/Insulation works, Civils and Builders Works, Bivalent Heating System Installation, MHRV Installations, Roof PV Array Installations, M and E Builders Works, Removal of redundant structures and services, Reinstatement of disturbed surfaces including concrete footpaths and tarmacadam yardsto levels and falls. The scope shall include for the supply, delivery, construction and testing of the works.
